ability to donate through the blockchain.
iGIVIT is a crowdfunding platform that aims to attract
funding for various projects. A distinctive feature of this
platform is the ability to donate using the blockchain.
iGIVIT had only a basic vision of what kind of product should be created as a result. Our
partners only had an idea, and we had to help them realize it.
The main challenge for our team was to understand the business idea of the
product, namely to create it from scratch. The idea of the product was complex,
with many scenarios and functionalities. Therefore, we needed to combine
convenience and simplicity in the product so that the user could easily explore the
product and implement their ideas without problems.
Based on the concept of the application and
its design, we prepared a roadmap to start
the development in an agile manner:
For iGIVIT we created an expanded UI kit. We fully developed all the elements of the platform: icons, headings, dropdowns, inputs, etc.
It was important for us to make the platform’s design calm and inspiring confidence. We chose blue as the main color for the platform, as it is the most popular color for crowdfunding and the business sphere in general.
We used dark blue and orange colors to make accents in the interface. As a result, the UI design turned out to be concise, light and pleasing to the user’s eye.
On the dashboard, donors can view the percentage of their donations to different projects. All information is presented in the form of a graph. Also, on the dashboard, donors can analyze the total amount of donated money, a list of various projects for further donation, and the charities latest activities. Donors can donate using PayPal, Debit/Credit card and blockchain.
Nonprofit organizations can start a charity campaign after completing the detailed application form. Organizations should fill in general information about the organization and taxes in the form.
Also, they should upload the necessary documents (the list of required documents is attached). After the basic information about the organization is filled in, it is necessary to complete the registration by entering organizational orientation, employee & partners, bank accounts and wallets.
In the campaign management section, the organization admin can view a list of all projects (their type, due dates, received costs, status, progress and other details). Each project is divided into certain milestones, which in turn are divided into different tasks. Each milestone has its own auditor, status and due dates. Each task has detailed information, as well as an organization admin QR code and auditor QR code.
This section contains detailed information about the organization, its employees, suppliers, auditors and recipients. Here, the organization admin can invite additional members and assign tasks and milestones to employees.
When creating a new campaign, organizations need to enter a campaign description, campaign milestones and funding details.
Each employee, auditor or supplier has the opportunity to contact each other using a specially designed communication tool.
The iGIVIT admin has a special dashboard that contains a list of all campaigns, funds metrics, the total number of charities (displayed as a chart) and the total number of platform users (displayed as a graph).
As a result, our partners received an advanced platform with a design
that fully complies with market standards and performs the essential
function – attracting users to use and work with the platform.
